Initializes a new instance of the Event struct.

RedisKeys ( ) : RedisKey[]

All of the keys that would be involved in the period of time specified for this event.

RedisKeysAsync ( ) : Task

All of the keys that would be involved in the period of time specified for this event.

ToBase64 ( ) : string

Logic to convert this Event instance into a Base64 string.
