GetByProductId ( TransactionManager transactionManager, System _productId, int start, int pageLength, int &count ) : Nettiers.AdventureWorks.Entities.TList

Gets rows from the datasource based on the FK_ProductCostHistory_Product_ProductID key. FK_ProductCostHistory_Product_ProductID Description: Foreign key constraint referencing Product.ProductID.
