Operators must be capitalized (OR, AND)

Gets All rows from the DataSource.

Gets rows from the datasource based on the FK_EmployeePayHistory_Employee_EmployeeID key. FK_EmployeePayHistory_Employee_EmployeeID Description: Foreign key constraint referencing Employee.EmployeeID.

Gets rows from the datasource based on the PK_EmployeePayHistory_EmployeeID_RateChangeDate index.

Gets a page of rows from the DataSource.
