Deserialize() public static method

Deserializes the XElement to the dictionary (e.g. Dictionary, HashTable of a specified type using options.

type	System.Type	The type of the dictionary to deserialize.
parentElement	System.Xml.Linq.XElement	The parent XElement used to deserialize the dictionary.
options	XmlConvertOptions	Indicates how the output is deserialized.
