The AddBookmark Method adds a named Map.Extent (aka. a bookmark) into the ObservableCollection(Of Bookmark.MapBookmark) object. The ObservableCollection(Of Bookmark.MapBookmark) object is internally bound to the DataGrid sub-component in the Bookmark Control.
