FK_Individual_Contact_ContactID Description: Foreign key constraint referencing Contact.ContactID.
GetByCustomerId ( TransactionManager transactionManager, System _customerId, int start, int pageLength, int &count ) : Individual	Gets rows from the datasource based on the PK_Individual_CustomerID index.
