Computes the Basic Spline of order n

Computes the binomial coefficients C(n,k).

Epslon ( double x ) : double

Estimates unit round-off in quantities of size x.

This is a port of the epslon function from EISPACK.

Error function of the specified value.

Complementary error function of the specified value.
