C# Class ScanMaster.Analyze.TofFitter

Extends the GaussianFitter class. Uses the time-of-arrival and width information to return a mean speed and translational temperature in the ParameterReport. Requires a "sourceToDetect" and a "moleculeMass" in the Hardware.Info.
