C# Class IrcShark.NetworkManagerSettingPanel

The NetworkManagerSettingPanel can be used as the SettingPanel, but the panels derived from this class, are used as subpanels of NetworkManagerPanel.

Setting panels derived from this class are used to show network or server specific settings.
