GetLastPart ( string name ) : string	Get the last part of a Uri name. Example: GetLastPart("a.b.c") returns "c"
GetParts ( string name ) : string[]	Get the separate parts of a Uri name. Example: GetParts("a.b.c") returns {"a", "b", "c"}
