GetByRowguid ( TransactionManager transactionManager, System _rowguid, int start, int pageLength, int &count ) : Nettiers.AdventureWorks.Entities.SpecialOfferProduct	Gets rows from the datasource based on the AK_SpecialOfferProduct_rowguid index.
